The AllSun Tracker is a complete grid-connected solar electric PV system. Key features of the AllSun system include:
- Solar panels - Evergreen Solar
- Inverter - Motech Industries PVMate 3900U, 240 Volt AC, 60 Hz
- Controller - GPS based microprocessor controls, the "brains" of the tracker controls movement and communication with AllEarth Renewables
- Tracking Assembly - hydraulic power unit with hydraulic motor (yaw control) and hydraulic cylinder (tilt control)
- Structure - Galvanized steel assembly, heavy gauge steel mast, high strength to weight ratio panel support beams, bearingless yaw structure eliminates maintenance
- Dual-axis rotates the tracker up to 300 degrees, following the sun from dawn to dusk
- AllSun system produces 35 - 45% more energy than fixed, roof-mounted solar arrays
- Expandable system, from 3,000 watts to 4,000 watts
- Site assessment, Certificate of Public Good application to Vermont's Public Service Board (roughly 45 days), installation and maintenance included
- Five-year Limited Warranty included
