Five-year limited warranty
AllEarth Renewables warrants AllSun Trackers for a period of five years from date of original purchase solely for the benefit of the original consumer/purchaser. If the AllSun Solar Trackers product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, AllEarth Renewables will, at AllEarth Renewables’ option, repair or replace this product without charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, accident or misuse, lightning or damages due to any unauthorized service. To report a defective product, call AllEarth Renewables at (802) 872-9600. Purchaser must have the serial number of the product available when calling (found on the invoice or agreement) as well as date of purchase and installation.
The foregoing limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Earth Turbines specifically disclaims all implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The above limited warranty expressly excludes, and AllEarth Renewables shall not be liable for, any incidental or consequential damages caused by or related to the use of, inability to use or malfunction of this product.
AllEarth Renewables will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the warranty period. AllEarth Renewables will make a good faith effort for prompt service after the warranty period has expired. Please contact AllEarth Renewables with the nature of the problem and serial number.
Additional warranties
The PV panels on the AllSun solar tracker system have a 25-year warranty.
